When naming my practice, Anchored Clarity, I kept coming back to my own journey as a mother. I realized that the path through fertility, pregnancy, and early motherhood is often filled with ambiguity and overwhelming confusion.

I founded this clinic to be your anchor.My mission is to help mothers find:

At Anchored Clarity, I don't believe in "one-size-fits-all." I blend my extensive clinical background with an integrative, holistic approach.

We use evidence-based science to create a plan that is as unique as your story. Whether you are navigating the hurdles of fertility, the trauma of loss, or the weight of PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, e.g. anxiety, depression, OCD), I am here to provide a safe space where you can finally feel grounded.

We are a tele-health clinic, (in person options for local residents), that brings specialized psychiatric care directly to you.
