(60–90 minutes: Comprehensive, root‑cause–focused assessment)
Your initial evaluation is a thorough, whole‑person assessment designed to understand the full picture of your mental health. During this visit, we explore your symptom history, emotional patterns, medical background, past treatments, and the life factors that may be influencing how you feel. We review any current medications or supplements, discuss what has or hasn’t helped, and identify potential biological contributors such as nutritional, metabolic, hormonal, or inflammatory factors.
If indicated, we will discuss targeted functional lab testing and how those results may guide your care. You’ll leave this appointment with a clear understanding of your diagnosis, initial recommendations, and the next steps in your treatment plan.
- (Initial Consult $375)
(30-40 minutes: Review, refine, and adjust your plan)
Follow‑up visits are focused, supportive check‑ins where we review how you’re responding to your treatment plan. We go over any new symptoms, improvements, or challenges, and adjust your medications, supplements, or lifestyle strategies as needed. If labs were ordered, we’ll review your results together and connect them to your symptoms in a way that feels clear and empowering.
These visits ensure your care stays responsive and aligned with your goals. We re‑evaluate your progress, refine your functional plan, and make thoughtful adjustments so you continue moving toward feeling better.
-(Follow‑up: $150)
(Initial Evaluation)
A gentle conversation where we explore your story, your symptoms, and what you’re hoping to feel. This is your space to be heard. Together, we’ll talk through what’s been heavy, what’s been confusing, and what support would feel safest for you right now. We’ll also determine whether this level of care is the right fit for your needs. If not, I’ll help guide you toward the support that fits best.
This first step is about clarity, connection, and making sure you feel in the right space.
(Enroll in the Membership Program)
In this session, we take a comprehensive, thoughtful look at your whole story. We explore your mental health history, the timeline of your symptoms, triggers, how long things have been unfolding, and any past treatments you’ve tried. The goal is to get a clear, picture of who you are, what you’ve been carrying, and what your body and mind have been trying to tell you. From there, we’ll talk strategy — we’ll outline next steps that may include:
Targeted lab testing to evaluate nutritional, metabolic, hormonal, or biochemical factors that may be influencing your mood or energy
Lifestyle and nervous system–supportive modifications that feel realistic and doable
Medication when appropriate, used thoughtfully and in combination with root‑cause interventions
A functional treatment plan that outlines the specific biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to your symptoms — and the targeted interventions we’ll use to address them.
(Enrolled in the Membership Program)
Here we move into steady, ongoing care. During these follow‑up visits, we review how the first interventions are working, go over any lab results together, and adjust your plan as your needs shift. This is where we track your progress, celebrate what’s improving, and gently troubleshoot anything that still feels heavy.
Your care doesn’t end when the appointment does. You’ll have access to secure messaging for questions, updates, and support between visits — so you never feel like you’re navigating this alone. As your life, symptoms, or season of motherhood changes, your plan evolves with you.
We’ll continue refining lifestyle strategies, updating your functional treatment approach, and adjusting medication if needed. This step ensures your care remains responsive, consistent, and truly supportive every step of the way.
